Nutrition Blog

During the New Year I made a resolution to start eating healthier and getting away from junk food but I did not follow through with it. I really do want to start eating more healthy though and start eating on time rather than just snacking on small things when I'm hungry. I also wanted to start eating more veggies than meat. I know I wouldn't be able to completely be a vegan or vegetarian, but I would like to slowly start going away from it.  I already really like my drinking habits since I only drink water, although I think I should cut down on drinking so much coffee, although I know it will be hard at first. As for weight, I'm fine with where I am at the moment and don't really wish to change anything. Realistically, I don't know I will be able to achieve these goals since I've tried before and failed, but I will try with little things for example, drinking green tea when I have the urge for coffee since it's healthier. I don't have any limitations in eating healthy except for laziness to actually cut a fruit open or just eat healthier. Overall, I wish to be healthier but don't know if I will be able to achieve this goal, even if I tried I know I will eventually go back to my regular eating habits.
